All operatives can be supplied on an hourly basis to carry out a wide variety of building maintenance tasks from erecting a white board for the office or conference room, to attending to the breakdown of your air-conditioning or gas boiler.
A popular building maintenance service offered by the company is to offer clients the attendance of a multi-skilled operative on a regular weekly or monthly basis to carry out a list of maintenance issues from replacing blown lamps through to replacing a tap washer or toilet cistern. The client only pays for time on site plus materials used on the job.
