Planned and re-active maintenance continues to be one of our principal activities.
We are fortunate to have skilled plumbers, gas installers, electricians, carpenters, plasterers and bricklayers permantly employed with the company.
All operatives can be supplied on an hourly basis to carry out a wide variety of tasks from erecting a white board for the office or conference room, to attending to the breakdown of your air-conditioning or gas boiler.
A popular service offered by the company is to offer clients the attendance of a multi-skilled operative on a regular weekly or monthly basis to carry out a list of maintenance issues from replacing blown lamps through to replacing a tap washer or toilet cistern. The client only pays for time on site plus materials used on the job.
