The project involved relocation of all services: gas, electric and water. This project was CDM compliant. |

Description:- The external surface of this former Victorian Hunting Lodge are redecorated on a rolling basis with a third being completed each summer. BBS have carried-out other works, including repairs to the chimney, facia and roof. |

Description:- BBS undertook the contruction and installation, to Part M of the Building Regulations, of ramps, platforms, steps and handrials to the entrance of the Community Centre. On completion the access and egress complied with the requirements of Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). |

BBS by careful selection of bricks managed to make the old and new look as one. The flats all have NHBC 10 year insurance. |
